- A man and woman kiss passionately on top of each other. There's no nudity, but the woman lifts her dress and her underwear is shown; however, the lighting is dark and nothing graphic is shown. Sex is implied.

- This film is pretty dark for a sports drama. It tells the story about a boxer who loses everything after witnessing the shooting death of his wife. Some scenes in this movie are quite emotional.
- Someone is unexpectedly killed. While it is not bloody or gory, it can be very sad and somewhat disturbing.
- Watching bloodied boxers struggle to stand up can be disturbing for young viewers.
