This novel wasn't so bad as everybody thinks. Yes, maybe there was some questions left, but almost in every novel there are..

About actors. Sara Maldonado was awful and didn't fit here at all, she was neither fascinated, nor seductive. I didn't admire Sonya Smith like the most of my friends, and I can say that here she was the same like everywhere ("Pecados ajenos"(2007) would be an exception, there she was different in a good way). I agree with vrveronicar722 that Vanessa Pose is an awful actress, her performance is miserable, no emotion, no nothing, just that stupid smile.. Lissete Morelos also disappointed me very much, in all novel she is the same, and her appearance also not good..

However, there was a lot of great actors, For ex, Melvin Cabrera, especially in the end of novel he was fascinating. Also Aylin Mujica, Jorge Luis Pila or Ismael la Rosa. I also have found Eugenio Siller, in "Mi Pecado" i didn't like him but here he has revealed all his capacities. Anf of course, it would be a misunderstanding not to mention David Chocarro. In this novel it was the first time i have seen him, handsome, great performance, with emotions. And TALI Duclaud - pretty woman, her appearance here was great, performance also good.

All in all, novel has some minuses but is interesting, with great story and worth of watching.

Just one thing, but it is not fault of "Aurora". Telemundo doesn't know how to create the endings, the ending of this is not good..Like the most of "Telemundo", for example, "Pecados ajenos", "Tierra de pasiones", "La viuda de Blanco" and so on... But just one episode is like this ;)

This series had a lot of promise and potential. It had a science- fiction premise, interesting characters to develop, and an appealing cast, including two dogs. It started to go seriously wrong when Elisabeth became a serial killer AND started messing with Aurora's head. Either of these would have been acceptable; both was excess.

Beyond that there was an excess of excess, most of which was not well thought-out. This led to some serious continuity issues including – but no limited to – Martin's sudden inheritance. Nothing about that made any sense in view of Lorenzo's previous comments about his ex and nothing about what happened to her after she walked out on him made any sense either.

Once Rebecca arrived everything fell like dominoes. Right behind her was Catalina The Soulless, devoid of all human feeling and ethics, with a collection of gangster minions. Her personality went a long way to explaining Vanessa's own twisted emotions but could never have been reformed.

Mandatory forgiveness is a novela cliché I could seriously do without because it isn't humanly realistic. Some of the characters would have to be saints in view of their ability to forgive the most egregious sins of these villains, which I will not enumerate here. If Telemundo wants to break any new ground in the world of telenovelas it should remove the mandatory forgiveness and unrealistic redemption and recognize that there are such toxic people in this world that they do not deserve forgiveness.

The relationships in this series are far more convoluted than in any other novela I can remember. Particularly disturbing are the cross- generational relationships: In what world would Natalia not be going daft at her daughter getting involved with the former suitor of her old friend and later see this guy marrying her other best friend? Nina and Victoria are best friends in school and Nina doesn't flip out completely at the prospect of Victoria getting involved with her father? Aurora herself should have had more issues than she did about her father and Natalia, considering that she was only 20 years old for all practical purposes.

It also made no sense that Nina would have the hots for Martin when they grew up as brother and sister no matter how hot he is.

This story could have dealt with more science-fiction issues such as the effects of cryonics, ethical issues over whether this is even a good idea, and possible government interference in the entire process. None of this was even touched upon. However, those things don't involve much emotion.

What was truly disturbing was the constant media coverage of Aurora's frozen state and revival, but that is a possible prediction of where "reality television" is heading.

Vanessa's first husband is still on ice at the end. Who forgot that?

Criminal trials are conducted in English in New York. The trial scenes and the behavior of the lawyers were not remotely realistic, nor did the courtrooms even look like any New York City ones.

Finally, there is no good reason this story should have continued much beyond Aurora's death. She was named for a fictional princess and she died like a real one with Lorenzo chewing out the media for their role in her death. If this series wasn't doing well in the ratings, they should have wrapped things up at this point.

Telemundo also has a tendency to extend their novelas excessively if the ratings are good enough and probably to pander to viewer reaction. This greatly compromises the quality of writing and is something they should reconsider.

What started out on a good path, crash and blew up on the writer's face. Aurora could have been better.

The novela left many people with questions in their mouth. They were left with a what if and how did that happen? In the beginning,People question what was Aurora's disease? It would have simplify our problems if we knew what was Aurora's condition. But that question could have been avoided. We didn't really need to know what disease she had. However,we did need to know how Ernesto "die" in the cell, how nobody knew he escaped, how did he captured Vicky without nobody noticing.

Another question is if Lorenzo knew where Vicky was being kept at,why oh why did he not rush there instead of watching the silly video.Another thing that i know not only irked me but irked others was the fact that aurora died(if they can change the plot, the theme song why not change the title while you're at it) and they gave the heart to Angela and suddenly she's aurora ...PATHETIC. I don't really like the Sonya Smith actor but this was a stupid part to take. You have her heart, but you didn't gave birth to Aurorita and you don't have these "so called connections". It like they to take aurora's part, but Sonya Smith has nothing on Sara Maldonado.

Half of these scenes felt like they were thrown on for the sake of just finishing it. I don't know about y'all but if i was rushing,I still could have written a better script. They took up half the time with Ernesto not giving up on Vicky. Like for real?one day in and i am already bored out my mind. They over promoted Eugenio Siller songs and at first what was cute ,soon get on my nerves. This Novela could have had better potential because i understand that Aurora was supposed to die(Japanese remake). But after she died,it was like the characters, plots and ideas begin to fell apart. It lost sense. It felt like the writers were just throwing stuff at us until the very ending.

Overall,This Novela had no plot,no background, and barely decent actors. Vanessa Pose was a awful actress,no emotion whatsoever. At the ending of this Novela,I was just glad it was over. No I didn't tear(only in the video when they show Aurora on camera) because this Novela didn't move me.I on to the next, let just hope it better than this thing because this certainty didn't deserve 7 months of my time.

I hated most of the characters in this show. Their actions and ways of thinking were just-???? I watched this when I was a kid, and loved it. I literally called it "one of my favorite telenovelas". I decided to re-watch this years later, and i hated it. I really want to just rant my whole opinions on every character in this show, but it would be so much typing and honestly its not worth it. The plot was ok (?) towards the part when (spoilers) aurora was gonna die (again.) it just really went down hill. I got bored and dropped it. Overall, if you watched this back in .2010-2011 and want to re-watch, by all means do it, just know its not worth it.
