Digital Playground's erstwhile house director Robby D. clunks up another of dozens of quickie features made when the label was basking in cash from the "Pirates" releases, casting Manuel Ferrara as a scruffy, highly unlikely shrink listening to his patients' sexcapades (which we get to see in flashbacks).
Male cast is identical to so many of these time-wasters, as Scott Nails, Eric Everhard and Mick Blue make the scene. Jesse Jane is the big superstar, and far more animated in the BTS short subject than the actual feature where she humps hubby Erik and boyfriend Nails on the side. Idiotic attempt at humor (this is not a rom-com for a change, just sex filler) has Nails hiding in the bathroom listening to Erik hump JJ, and masturbating, shooting his load into one of Erik's shoes. Payoff of the gag when Erik later puts on his footwear is dumb, as is a continuity error in which JJ claims to have had a cream pie from Nails when the footage shows him dropping a load on her kisser instead.
Only saving grace for me was off-beat casting by DP of gorgeous Sam Ryan as a patient who humps Ferrara -reuniting the stars of the classic Nica Noelle film "Gigolos" for Sweet Sinner. Other unusual casting includes Sasha Heart (usually in lesbian videos) and London Keyes, who also had a classic Sweet Sinner scene opposite Ferrara (though she humps Everhard here instead) in "6 1/2 Weeks".
