  Prabhakar Anand : People like you won't understand this difference. Classes are held in my veranda because within our college we cannot help weak students, separately.   Anirudh Chaudhary : Prabhakar, what are you doing?

  Prabhakar Anand : The same that your board has not done for the last 11 years. If you had passed my proposal of remedial classes and had arranged for free coaching classes for weak students within our college then demons like KK coaching centres wouldn't have existed. You know very well how they are swallowing our entire education system.

  Anirudh Chaudhary : But the arrangement you are suggesting is not practical either, Prabhakar. You know it. STM is a private college. Even the government doesn't do that.

  Prabhakar Anand : Then why doesn't it? Why doesn't it invest the most in its greatest asset, education? Professions like IAS, IFS, medical, management, engineering are being made tempting every day. We neglect the ones who prepare them. Like IAS and IFS, why don't we have an ITS, an Indian Teaching Services to attract the best talent for the job? Mr. Aniruddh. This parallel commercial education system that is based on coaching and capitation which is spreading fast, will ruin everything.
