Young Blade Runner K's discovery of a long-buried secret leads him to track down former Blade Runner Rick Deckard, who's been missing for thirty years.
Rachael dying sometime after the events of Blade Runner (1982) had been used in the 1995 follow-up novel "Blade Runner 2: The Edge of Human". The main plot point of replicants procreating naturally had been used in the 1996 follow-up novel "Blade Runner: Replicant Night".

(at around 4 mins) In Sapper Morton's kitchen, in the wide shots at the start of the scene, the flame under the pot is on full. Later, when the pot is in the foreground, the flame is much lower. At the end of the scene, as K opens the lid and smells the garlic, the flame is medium-high.
The Warner Bros logo features a shot of the WB studios as it fully forms. As the WB logo glitches, the shot turns to nighttime.
In India, the film had to be censored before it could receive an 'A' rating from the CBFC (Indian rating's board); these cuts removed all shots of nudity from the film; while it was pointed out that the nudity was in fact computer generated images rather than real footage the censors still objected to this and demanded cuts. The censors also demanded that all shots of liquor bottles in the film have their labels be blurred out.
