Right before his wedding, an uptight guy is tricked into driving his grandfather, a lecherous former Army Lieutenant Colonel, to Florida for Spring Break.
Zac Efron performed all of his own nude scenes, except for the embarrassing beach sequence. Director John Phillips states on the commentary that it was one of the most expensive scenes to make in the film. Zac wasn't actually nude at all, and wore flesh-colored briefs, which were edited out during post-production. A stunt penis was also placed over his crotch using CGI for the split-second frames where he is most exposed. Phillips mentioned that when the restricted German trailer was released to the internet, that a community of online fans were trying to grab frames of the actor's penis. Subsequently, it turns out this is the one nude scene in the film, that isn't actually him.
Fuckin' sucks dick about grandma, huh? Old woman fuckin' murdered like that.
Jason Kelly: I think she had cancer.
Cousin Nick: We'll never know the truth.
Jason Kelly: We absolutely know the truth. Grandma had cancer for ten years.
Cousin Nick: You don't just die from cancer, Jason.
When Jason is in jail he says a phone call is his First Amendment right. This is actually a Sixth Amendment right.
After the first few credits, there is a scene with the family at a baptism.
