Fans waiting for a new season of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles are going to have to wait much longer!

The Bravo real estate unscripted series has reportedly been placed on “pause” after 15 seasons on the network, according to TMZ.

Sources have reportedly revealed that the show isn’t officially canceled, but the current iteration of the series is done. This comes after spinoff Million Dollar Listing New York was put on pause in 2022 after nine seasons.

Mdlla being put on pause is not much of a surprise after longtime stars Josh and Heather Altman announced in October 2024 that they were leaving the show.

Throughout the years, the show also starred Josh Flagg, Tracy Tutor, James Harris, David Parnes, Madison Hildebrand and Frederik Eklund.

While the show is on pause, it still could return, much like The Real Housewives of Miami did!

A new real estate reality series will be moving into Netflix right at the top of 2025. The streaming service announced on Dec. 4 that the latest Selling Sunset spinoff, titled Selling the City, makes its premiere on Friday, Jan. 3, 2025. If you have been waiting for more broker drama on your screens, Netflix will be delivering the goods right at the top of the new year.

Like the other two Selling Sunset spinoffs in the franchise, the defunct Selling Tampa and the not-yet-renewed Selling the Oc, the new edition takes place in a new locale in the United States. This time around, the Selling saga is heading up north on the East Coast to New York City, where the Douglas Elliman real estate agents compete over the city's various luxury listings.

The show looks at the glamorous, adrenaline-filled universe of high-stakes real estate in New York City. Cameras follow Serhant as he builds his brokerage and pursues the city’s most exclusive luxury listings. The broker and CEO is joined by an ambitious army of agents on a mission to become the world’s No. 1 brokerage.

Owning Manhattan Season 1 consisted of eight episodes and was produced by World of Wonder Productions. It reached the Top 10 TV in 30 countries and spent two weeks in the Top 10 TV in the United States.

In what may be the biggest numbers racked up by any real estate team in the United States in 2023 — a challenging year for residential sales across the country — the Eklund Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman tells The Hollywood Reporter exclusively that it closed $3.77 billion in deals last year.

Peacock will be the first streaming service to offer access to Bravo shows the day after they air, in a new bit of corporate-sibling synergy at NBCUniversal.

For the first time on any streaming-only platform, new episodes of all Bravo shows will be available day-after-air to Peacock’s premium subscribers. The streamer also announced a multiyear movie output deal with Lionsgate, with titles to hit Peacock starting in 2024. The news came as part of Peacock’s 2022 NewFronts presentation Monday in New York for marketers.

“We are thrilled Peacock is becoming the streaming home of Bravo, which is such a beloved brand,” said Kelly Campbell, president of Peacock and Direct-to-Consumer at NBCUniversal. “Full fan experiences like this are part of the extraordinary value we offer Peacock customers.”

Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing” franchise is adding a new limited series spinoff centered on Ryan Serhant’s multimillion-dollar home renovation.

Set to premiere on Thursday, June 3, “Million Dollar Listing: Ryan’s Renovation” follows Serhant and his wife Emilia as they “gut the newly acquired 7,900 square foot home to create the home of their dreams with enough room for their big Greek family.”

Episodes will chronicle the transformation of the five-floor property, including “bumps and curveballs” along the way, like “Covid postponements, elevator installations, questioned decisions and millions spent over budget.”

“Million Dollar Listing New York” finally cast a female broker — just in time for the city that never sleeps to become the epicenter for Covid-19. Everything changed in Kirsten Jordan’s profession at pretty much the same time she added “reality TV star” to her resume. We all hope the latest deadly coronavirus is on the outs, but are any of its business lessons here to stay?

The biggest trends Jordan has observed — other than the flight to the suburbs, we imagine — are “the sight-unseen purchase” and the “virtual showing,” she told TheWrap.

Pressure’s on with those online house tours, Kirsten — especially when, by the very title of your show, we’re dealing with big-money properties.

Jordan, who said she foresees those trends outlasting Covid, was texting with a buyer about a sight-unseen deal during our interview.

Fans of Bravo shows are ardent and demanding, and when the coronavirus production shutdown happened in mid-March, they panicked — this is their NFL and NBA. Luckily, heading into quarantine, the network had a stocked cupboard that included seasons of some of its buzziest shows. That roster included several full seasons of “Real Housewives”; “Top Chef: All Stars;” “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles”; and one of the most popular shows on cable, “Below Deck Mediterranean.” A brand-new installment of “Real Housewives,” set in Salt Lake City — the franchise’s first expansion since 2016 — will premiere this fall.

When the stay-at-home orders happened in late March, Bravo quickly figured out how to edit and do post-production remotely — and even to shoot programs such as Andy Cohen’s nightly talk show, “Watch What Happens Live,” from his home, as well as filming explosive reunion episodes over Zoom for “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” “Shahs of Sunset” and “Vanderpump Rules.

Any time Eddie Shapiro, president and CEO of international real estate firm Nest Seekers International, has the opportunity to put his company’s listings and brand in front of millions of viewers across the world, he says he wants to take it.

After having employees on such shows as Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York,” the firm is now taking center stage in Netflix’s “Million Dollar Beach House.” The new streaming series is six episodes featuring five of Nest Seekers’ young, “next generation” of brokers trying to get new listings and close sales in the Hamptons between Memorial Day and Labor Day 2019.

“It gives you incredible exposure; it’s a subject of conversation; it’s brand, brand, brand all around,” Shapiro tells Variety. “It becomes easy to penetrate foreign markets because you come in with the credibility and [recognition] of, ‘It’s those guys from that show.'”

Peacock, the NBCUniversal streaming service that launched in April in Comcast homes, started expanding nationally overnight as Tuesday turned to Wednesday on the East Coast.

Along with Comcast’s X1 and Flex, Peacock will be available on Apple and Google platforms, Microsoft’s Xbox, Vizio and LG smart TVs, Cox Contour and, starting next week, Sony PlayStation. Talks are ongoing with major distributors like Amazon Fire and Roku, but those two top platforms are still on the sidelines as of now.

Peacock will offer 13,000 hours on its free tier and 20,000 hours on its subscription level, sourced from a range of networks and studios both inside and outside of NBCU. Nine Peacock Original movies and shows are available at launch, with others following through the end of the year. Air New Zealand unveiled its latest in-flight safety video on Tuesday and the fun clip features Hollywood stars Katie Holmes and Cuba Gooding Jr playing gods.
