Hey,"Big Brother" fans. More updates on the casting for the upcoming Celebrity Big Brother USA edition are now starting to trickle in a little more often these days. We've got a new one that just came in from thesun.co.uk site. They're telling us that former MTV's "The Hills" star Stephanie Pratt is currently in talks with the CBS Big Brother producers to participate in the first ever USA Celebrity Big Brother edition. They say that their sources confirmed it by saying, "While Steph's been in La, she has been seen by the producers of the new Us version of Celebrity Big Brother. It should come as no surprise that critically-acclaimed series such as "The Americans" and "Silicon Valley" took home top prizes at the fifth annual Critics' Choice TV Awards on Sunday night (it's right there in the name of the event, after all). But there was plenty of love for popular shows, too, proving that quality programming is becoming more widely available and amenable to audiences during this so-called golden age of television.

"The Americans" and "Silicon Valley" each claimed high honors in the best drama and comedy series categories, respectively, and their home networks were the biggest winners of the night: HBO snagged seven statuettes, while FX collected four. "Silicon Valley" was among the shows that won multiple awards, with T.J. Miller taking home the trophy for best supporting actor in a comedy.

Freshman series "Better Call Saul" and "Transparent" also walked away with two trophies apiece, while new sensation...

The fifth annual 2015 Critics' Choice Television Awards were handed out on Sunday night, honoring the best of the best in small screen entertainment. The award ceremony was presented by the Broadcast Television Journalist Association and hosted by "So You Think You Can Dance" Mc Cat Deeley.

New series are ascendant in the Critics' Choice Television Awards nominations, but it's the final season of "Justified" that reigns supreme.

The FX drama topped the nominations list with five nominations, including Best Drama, Best Actor for Timothy Olyphant, and Best Supporting Actor for Walton Goggins. "Transparent" was the leading comedy, with four nominations.

Along with "Transparent," new shows "Empire," "Jane the Virgin," and How to Get Away With Murder" all received multiple nods.

The 66th Annual Emmy Awards (airing live at 8 p.m. Et / 5 p.m. Pt on NBC) are finally here, which means that an elite group of stars, shows, mini-series, and TV movies are going to go home winners. And joining those winners on stage will be a slew of A-list presenters, including Julia Roberts, Halle Berry, and Matthew McConaughey, Nbd; and a sure-to-be moving tribute to the late, great Robin Williams, led by Billy Crystal featuring a performance by Sara Bareilles. We can also expect a few surprises from host Seth Meyers & co.

So the big Emmys don't air until next Sunday night and at Moviefone we will have, of course, full coverage. But last night the Creative Arts Emmys were handed out, for the people that are largely responsible for making these shows that you absolutely love -- you know, the behind-the-scenes talent tasked with conceptualizing and realizing your favorite programs. The first round of 2014 Emmy Awards were handed out at the Creative Arts Emmys ceremony on Saturday (August 16) night at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. The ceremony, which precedes the Monday, August 25 Primetime Emmy Awards telecast, offered signs of hope for a number of drama and comedy hopefuls. Game of Thrones leads the pack in the 2014 Emmy Nominations with 19, followed by Fargo, the new series adapted by the 1996 feature film of the same name.

In addition to receiving a best drama series nod, Game of Thrones received nominations in the supporting actor and actress categories for Peter Dinklage and Lena Headey. Fellow HBO show True Detective was also nominated in the drama series category, as were its stars Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson in the best actor category.

Other drama series recognized are Breaking Bad, Downton Abbey, Mad Men and Netflix’s House of Cards, for which both Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright received nods. Though their shows weren't nominated, Julianna Margulies (The Good Wife), Claire Danes (Homeland) , Kerry Washington (Scandal), Mandy Patinkin (Homeland) and Jon Voight (Ray Donovan) received drama acting nods.

"Betty White's Off Their Rockers" has found a new home at Lifetime, but that doesn't mean the prank-pulling old-timers are any less funny. In the above preview video, an old woman dressed as a nun asks a random passerby where she can score some weed -- and he hands her a joint!

The premiere episode also features an old man popping out of a garbage bin to scare people, two old ladies taking their husbands' "ashes" to the beach, an old man watching "porn" in a train station (much to the uncomfortable cracking up of two young ladies sitting near him) and an engagement prank that we cannot possibly convey the humor of here -- but it involves someone pretending to be blind.

"Off Their Rockers" also continues to feature cute and funny interludes by the national treasure herself, Betty White. It premieres Friday, Feb. 28 at 10 p.m. Et/Pt on Lifetime.

Last spring, NBC cancelled Betty White's Off Their Rockers after two seasons on the air. Lifetime later announced that they were picking it up for a third season of 20 episodes. They start airing on Friday, February 28th, at 9pm.

The 65th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, aired on Sunday evening and now we have the list of winners (in red) and nominees from the event. Fast National ratings for Friday, Sept. 20, 2013

ABC's first Friday back of new fall programming set the network above its competition. The season premieres on "Shark Tank," "Last Man Standing" and "The Neighbors" led the network to earn the top spot in their respective time slots.

In ratings, viewership and the adults 18-49 demo, ABC placed No. 1 across the board. Even "20/20" beat out its competition, only narrowly surpassing a rerun of "Blue Bloods."

The competition should be stiffer next week, when the rest of the networks will put their reruns away and start rolling out their new fall programming.

The most notable news was that Netflix's "House of Cards" marks the first series released exclusively online to score nominations in the major categories.

"Game of Thrones," "Breaking Bad," "Homeland," "Downton Abbey," "Mad Men," and "The Good Wife" dominated the drama categories. "30 Rock," "Louie," "Modern Family," "Veep," "Girls," and "The Big Bang Theory" scored numerous nominations for comedy. "Behind The Candelabra," "Phil Spector," "Top Of The Lake" and "American Horror Story: Asylum" dominated the mini-series & movies categories.

Surprising shutouts this year include a massive snub of AMC's "The Walking Dead" and basically all of FX's line-up like "The Americans," "Archer," "Justified" and "Sons of Anarchy". NBC has cancelled Betty White's Off Their Rockers, reports THR. The senior citizen prank series ran for two seasons and 26 episodes.

Off Their Rockers debuted to 12.26 million viewers in January 2012, following NBC's 90th birthday tribute to White. The ratings fell off in subsequent episodes but were still strong enough for the peacock network to order a second round.

NBC brought it back early this year and often used the program to fill timeslots with back-to-back episodes. The ratings fell lower and lower.

The series finale aired on Tuesday night and featured a special appearance by White's former Mary Tyler Moore Show co-star, Ed Asner. It drew a 1.0 in the demo with 4.0 million viewers.

While White won't be returning to NBC any time soon, she still has a job on TV Land's Hot...

Busier than probably the vast majority of 91-year-olds, Betty White's schedule just got a little lighter as NBC cancelled her show, "Betty White's Off Their Rockers."

Because of ratings struggles, the series' season finale on Tuesday became its series finale, though a producer has hopes for a new home elsewhere.

In an interview with Deadline, Chris Coelen explained, "We’re really proud of the show and the fact that the audience has responded as favorably as they have, and the interest we have already received from other networks is a testament to the show. We are thankful we had this experience at NBC.”

However, fans of the last surviving "Golden Girl" can get their fix on TV Land, where "Hot in Cleveland" is renewed for a fifth season.

"Betty White's Off Their Rockers" has been canceled.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, NBC has pulled the plug on White's hidden camera series, which White hosted and executive produced.

"Betty White's Off Their Rockers," which followed senior citizens pranking younger people while being filmed, ran for two seasons on NBC. The show launched with a special preview following NBC's televised birthday party for White's 90th in 2012 and brought in more than 12 million viewers.

When "Off Their Rockers" made its official debut in April 2012, its ratings were strong for the struggling Peacock network. The show returned in January 2013 and delivered decent ratings, especially by NBC's standards, but the network shelved it in March and brought it back for late June and early July.

The finale, which featured White's "Mary Tyler Moore" co-star Ed Asner and aired on July 9, had a 1.0 rating, according to TV By The Numbers.

Tuesday's ratings played out according to script for the past few weeks, with "America's Got Talent" scoring the night's top spot in both viewers and adults 18-49.

"Agt" was up slightly in the 18-49 demo from last week. Elsewhere, "So You Think You Can Dance" held steady for Fox, and ABC's "Extreme Weight Loss" improved a little on last week's season low.

NBC averaged 7.6 million viewers and a 4.6 rating/8 share in households for the night, beating CBS (6.7 million, 4.5/8) for the top spot. Fox came in third with 4.4 million viewers and a 2.7/5. ABC (3.1 million, 2.2/4) finished fourth, and The CW was way back with just under half a million viewers and a 0.3/1.

NBC also topped the 18-49 demo with a 2.0 rating. Fox grabbed second with a 1.5. CBS, 1.0, edged ABC, 0.9, for third. The CW came in with a 0.2.

The first -- and as it turns out, only -- Tuesday airing of "Big Brother" this season was up slightly from Sunday's installment, but it couldn't overtake "America's Got Talent" to become the night's top show among adults 18-49.

"Agt," meanwhile, fell again, but it held onto enough viewers to keep its spot as Tuesday's most-watched show and carried NBC to a victory for the night. "So You Think You Can Dance" was off slightly for Fox, as was ABC's "Extreme Weight Loss."

NBC scored 7.4 million viewers and a 4.6 rating/8 share in households in primetime. CBS (6 million, 4.1/7) came in second. Fox took third with 4.3 million viewers and a 2.7/5, beating ABC (3.3 million, 2.3/4) by a million viewers. The CW (609,000, 0.4/1) trailed.

NBC also led the 18-49 demographic with a 1.8 rating. Fox grabbed the No. 2 spot with a 1.5, beating CBS' 1.2. ABC averaged 0.9 in the demo and The CW 0.2.

"America's Got Talent" fell some Tuesday from its performance a week ago, but it still led the night's ratings by a pretty good margin and carried NBC to a nightly win.

Also Tuesday, Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance" bounced back some from its low point last week, benefiting from not airing opposite the NBA Finals. ABC's "Extreme Weight Loss" also improved from its most recent performance.

NBC delivered just over 8 million viewers and a 4.8 rating/8 share in households in primetime. CBS (6.4 million, 4.4/7) finished second, a good distance ahead of Fox (4.4 million, 2.8/5). ABC came in fourth with 3.5 million viewers and a 2.4/4. The CW (738,000, 0.5/1) trailed.

NBC also led the adults 18-49 demographic with a 2.1 rating. Fox took second with a 1.6. ABC was third with a 1.0, followed by CBS, 0.9, and The CW, 0.2.

If you thought that NBC had already aired the season finale of Betty White's Off Their Rockers, you'd be wrong. The peacock network has announced they have a pair of leftover episodes and will broadcast them on June 25th and July 9th.

NBC still hasn't announced if they'll bring the senior citizen prank series back for a third season yet. It's hard to say if airing these leftover episodes is any indication about the show's future. The programmers could be considering bringing Rockers back for a summer season or they could have decided to cancel the show and just want to burn off these extra episodes. Either way, we'll have to wait and see.

While NBC has cancelled many of the shows populating their 2012-13 season schedule, the fate of some are still unknown. The network hasn't officially picked up The Celebrity Apprentice but host Donald Trump says it will be back for a seventh season.

The network still hasn't made a decision on the fates of drama Hannibal or unscripted series Betty White's Off Their Rockers and Fashion Star (which wrapped its latest season Friday evening). Their fates will reportedly be decided in the coming weeks.

If the network execs are waiting to see how the rest of Hannibal's first season performs before making up their minds, the show's ratings trend doesn't bode well for its chances.

The premiere of ABC's celebrity diving show "Splash" didn't score perfect marks in the ratings Tuesday, but it had a pretty decent start.

It finished second in its hour (behind "NCIS") in both viewers and adults 18-49, and ABC says it scored the best ratings for an unscripted series premiere since "The X Factor" in 2011. "Splash" and a "Dancing With the Stars" special also helped "Body of Proof" score its biggest audience of the season.

Elsewhere, "NCIS: Los Angeles" was steady with an episode that introduced a possible spinoff series, rising a little in viewers over its last new episode and holding even in the 18-49 demo. "New Girl" and "The Mindy Project" were steady for Fox.

CBS had its usual wide lead in total viewers averaging just under 15 million and a 9.5 rating/15 share in households in primetime. ABC (8.9 million, 5.7/9) was the best of the rest.

The season premiere of "Hell's Kitchen" led Fox to a demographic win Tuesday night, although it was down slightly among adults 18-49 from its summer debut last year. "NCIS" and "NCIS: La" were both in reruns for CBS, but the network still led the night in total viewers.

Elsewhere, "The Taste" finished its season on ABC on a somewhat sour note, dropping to a series low among adults 18-49. "Smash," however, rebounded slightly from last week's all-time low outing for NBC.

Despite airing two repeats, CBS still easily led the viewer race with 11.15 million and a 7.1 rating/11 share in households. Fox (5.4 million, 3.4/5) finished a distant second. ABC (4.9 million, 3.3/5) came in third, and NBC (3 million, 2.0/3) was fourth. The CW averaged 777,000 viewers and a 0.5/1.

"NCIS" topped "American Idol" among adults 18-49 in their common hour Tuesday night, the first time that's ever happened. (The two shows aired opposite each other for several years before "Idol" moved to a Wednesday-Thursday schedule.)

It was close -- only a tenth of a point separates the two shows at the moment -- and "Idol" typically is lower than average when it airs off schedule, but it's still a bit of a surprise.

Also Tuesday, "Golden Boy" was down from its premiere last week, and "Smash" fell to a series low for NBC. "Idol" also took a bite out of ABC's "Celebrity Wife Swap" and "The Taste," although "Body of Proof" was up a little in viewers. "Hart of Dixie" matched its season high in The CW's target 18-34 demographic.

CBS led the night in viewers, averaging 15.2 million and a 9.5 rating/15 share in households.

The premiere of "Golden Boy" wasn't up to the gold standard for CBS Tuesday night. While it improved the timeslot vs. last week and led its hour, it was well below the premiere numbers for "Vegas" in the fall.

CBS still ruled Tuesday, though, as both "NCIS" and "NCIS: La" destroyed their competition. ABC's "Celebrity Wife Swap" had a decent start for ABC, but NBC's lineup remained low and The CW's "Cult" didn't gain any new followers in its second week.

CBS averaged 15.9 million viewers and a 10.1 rating/16 share in households for the night, lapping the field on the way to a dominant win. ABC finished a distant second with 5.8 million viewers and a 3.8/6. Fox (3.6 million, 2.3/3) edged NBC (3.4 million, 2.3/4) for third. The CW drew 1.15 million viewers and a 0.8/1.
