"Boobwatch" is quite poor and quite negligible even by the low (or nonexistent) standards of the dreaded porn-parody genre. Jonathan Morgan handed it into Wicked Pictures to fill his contractural quota but should have been docked a substantial portion of his paycheck.
Even the slow-motion girl in red one-piece bathing suit running along is botched, repeated in each vignette with a tiresome response from the male watching, that mentions she's running in slow motion. Stock footage of a beach and empty lifeguard chair introduces each scene, and that's all we get, the actual scene enacted nowhere near the bay.
Cast, including contract star Alektra Blue, is encouraged to overact in the mere seconds of lame set-up footage, pretty much consisting of the femme lifeguard saying inane things and the stud to hump her remarking that he doesn't need any saving. A couple of threesomes are thrown in, including one where Rebeca Linares' breasts look bigger than Alektra, courtesy no doubt of a visit to a plastic surgeon's office.
Four of the gals, led by vet big-breaster Lisa Ann, are identical brunette types, while Carolyn Reese is the ringer, blonde and with small to normal size gazongas. Rocco Reed is accidentally omitted from the screen credits.
