  • I am highly skeptical of the emphasis here on this frivolous Jim Powers incest movie being based on real life (supposedly the experiences of jail-bait lead actresses Tristan Kennedy and Ashlynn Leigh), but it's a fun picture anyhow.

While not actually satirizing the incest genre, Powers does use it to create lots of connections and potential conflicts between his characters, as not just blood-incest but overly-familiar relations between two clans form the spine of his screnplay.

Everyone here seems to be lusting after everyone else, and given Powers' more recent move into further outre content (he now has successful series of transsexual movies for his Gender X label while cranking out bisexual threesomes of two gay guys and a gal for his BiPhoria banner) it would be fun if he extended this family formula beyond the heterosexual norm.

As the mom married to Evan Stone, Rayveness is fabulous in her earthy performance that both respects the script and undermines it. Darryl Hanah is also quite good in enlisting not just one but two of her daughters to help spread the servicing duties of her husband Mark Davis.

Least successful subplot tosses Chastity Lynn into the mix, lip synching her way poorly through a song with a rock band featuring boyfriend Dane Cross. Inevitably Dane does his very tired MILF chaser routine with Ray as the Mrs. Robinson character.

Smash Pictures provides its usual "With story" vs. "All-sex" options for 2 cuts of the movie, which runs 2 and a half hours complete or down to 97 minutes with the story/acting/dialog removed. Insulting, but making it clear what they assume the fans REALLY want to see.
