This is my first time leaving a review on a film no matter how good it is, be it a drama or a movie. But this is the first Nigerian movie that made me want to check out the actors.
Oh my goodness, the storyline was well acted and soothing but the actors were my favorite. I love every moment I saw the male and female lead.
Now, I know the story line is a familiar one, especially in Nigeria but trust me, once you are watching this, you will forget and just get lost in it.
It was the female lead that first captured me. Such pretty face, yet acting so sincere and beautifully. Then, the male lead came in and did justice to his part of portraying Josiah. Everything was believable.
What cemented it all for me was their short but cute romance. I never believed I will some day "awwnnn" for a Nigerian movie. This is lovely! Kudos to everyone involved in its production.
I am going to check out more movies where the leads acted in and I hope to see them in many more movies in the future.
