Back at the villa, after the fight between Jordan and Cedric, the other fighters commented on how Jordan had impressed them once again with his performance in the ring. They also reflected on the thought that it might have been Cedric's very last fight, as the Frenchman was clearly ready to retire after an illustrious 19-year career. Concerns were raised when Marco revealed that an injury he had sustained from his previous fight would be a factor in the last quarterfinal match up between he and Mosi. His shin had been split open weeks prior, but the cut was still fresh and freshly healed from the stitches. Time was running out and his left leg now under a microscope. Will Marco be forced to fight with one leg handicapped? In a very evenly contested match, Marco and Mosi stood toe to toe, fearlessly dishing out pain with no hesitation. Both fighters pulled off big maneuvers looking to land the knock out blow, Marco charging with flying knees and Mosi countering with spinning elbows. However none were able to connect cleanly. Marco aggravated his previous injury midway through the fight, which seemed to affect his composure momentarily. But he dug deep and finished the fight on a flurry. In the end, Mosi claimed victory by judges decision.
