| Reviewing With Josh! "The House With A Clock In Its Walls"
Horror mastermind Eli Roth attempts to turn away from the dark side and go towards the light but for his newest film "The House With A Clock In Its Walls" only one half of his change actually pays off.

The film takes on the story of a young orphan to which his uncle is a wizard or some magic man and goes on this weird and twisted quest to find this hidden clock in their house's walls and stop an evil plot to end humanity. As ridiculous as the story sounds, you could easily find it quite entertaining.

First of all the film itself was average. I must say I still can't understand what film the producers were trying to make. A horror or fantasy? Make up your mind! Not to mention some of the most sloppy and ridiculous scenes that make plot holes even deeper. However behind all of this negativity is a great cast with amazing CGI effects and pure family fun.

Although Eli Roth tried his hardest it was just not enough to make this film truly magical or marvellous.

"The House With A Clock In Its Walls" is a genuine family film with entertaining moments along with a small splash of dark fantasy. But this movie has too many plot holes, sloppy scenes and a really weird storyline.
