Not many hospitality businesses would give Patrick a second look. Awkward, shy, not exactly the kind to draw in your customers. But the day he poured a triple rosetta for the boss at St. Kai he was hired on the spot. After a few months, Patrick starts to notice Felicity, a customer who comes to read a book in the side window every morning at 10 am. Incapable of making suitable chit-chat, Patrick tries to win her heart, speaking to her the only way he knows how through his latte art. What he didn't bargain for was an annoying co-worker, Liam, who is popular with the girls and likes to 'help' Patrick during the coffee rushes.
