UK's late lamented Bluebird Films label is known for its flights of fantasy -strange porn that is sometimes truly out there. But this desultory exercise pretends to be in the "Reality TV" vein and fumbles the concept.
After suffering through it, I was taken aback for the umpteenth time to see that it received 2, count 'em, 2 nominations for Adult industry awards. Obviously the fix was in that year, but not in far enough to generate undeserved victories. I suspect it was mere pandering to Bluebird's brief status as a major porn label thanks to the the momentary success of its big-budget orgy releases like the "Batfxxx" so-called parody.
Five lengthy segments have the familiar Anglo-American cast members out in public having sex. It's all phony and tiresome and hardly the amateur night porn one would expect. All told, it's almost as bad as those peculiarly crummy home- grown "Dogging Mission" videos which amount to pro-am content.
Label's superstar Stacey Saran suffers at the hands of very poor improviser Dane Cross in supposed parking lot sex, but it's staged quasi indoors with a view and hardly qualifies for the title premise. Mixed-combo action is provided by Romana Ryder, who even yells "Cut" at one point.
Busty Cindy Behr humps at a table at a pizzeria where service is so bad there's little chance of her getting caught. Nicole Ray is uninhibited as usual making love on a store roof.
Touted sequence of Mr. Pete humping Jasmine Jolie in the back storage area of a liquor store is lousy -so let's give them an award! Ridiculous.
Typically sloppy DVD packaging credits April O'Neil and Marlena but neither appears in the video - probably they shot more vignettes and these two actresses were luckily left on the cutting room floor.
