Ken Docherty at his most boring

To hear him tell it (as he is so fond of doing in BTS short subjects) , director Kendo aka Ken Docherty is an artist constantly striving for style and newness. But watching his videos betrays a hack whose batting average is way below that of a utility infielder about to be sent back to Double A ball, cranking out fetish and Euro Porn of little interest.

For this followup to his crummy "Girls", he has strictly Eastern European humping away, two by two in color and black and white, all of it random and ruined by mixing footage from one vignette to the others willy-nilly. It is so boring I had trouble finishing it, and the brunettes in the cast are near lookalikes, adding to the instant deja vu mood.

Even a fave Eastern European femme Blue Angel is uninteresting under Mr. K's direction, and the endless over-cropping of image and ugly tight closeups of open vaginas is hardly the stuff dreams, let alone erotic ones, are made of.

Sole point of interest came in the BTS short on the DVD when our pontificating auteur, thrilled with his upcoming work for 2011 (now in the history books of course) lets drop that he's married to Lisa Loves, the camerawoman/director at daring! Media whose DVDs are always superior to his. Thanks Ken, for the clarification.
