(at around 1h 6 mins) Vic is riding his bicycle. When he stops to look at a car, he has racing handlebars, but a few seconds later, he has a straight mountain bike handlebar.
(at around 1h 4 mins) When Vic (Ben Affleck) opens door for the babysitter to leave, he's wearing shorts and a dark long sleeve shirt, but when he enters wife's bedroom, he's wearing a light blue shirt.
(at around 1h 40 mins) Near the beginning of the bike-car chase, the bike is way too close to the car which had time to be much further ahead.
Charlie is supposed to have died in the pool. When Vic is giving CPR to Charlie, at the end of CPR Charlie coughs up water. If Charlie was already dead in the pool, he couldn't have coughed up.
He didn't cough. The water was pumped out by Vic's spurious efforts at CPR.

There is no reason for Charlie's body to float to the surface as his lungs are empty and he initially sinks, and then half-sinks again when the party-goers come to the rescue.
If the jets were on there would be enough underwater current to move the body.

He wasn't flung. The bike did an endo and he tumbled into the road.

During the bike-car chase, the car is going relatively level, but the bike is rushing downhill; yet they meet on the same path after starting at the same place. However, the reason that the bike is rushing downhill is because Vic is cutting through the woods taking a more direct route down the hill while the car is following the road that has many switchbacks.
At about 43 minutes, when Vic is throwing away the flowers, a cable is pulled along the floor, apparently by a crew member.
