"Phil Coulson: Agent of SHIELD" is a 6-minute live action short film from 2012, so this one is from way before S.H.I.E.L.D. got its own television show and moved to the center of attention. The writer and director here is Chris R. Notarile and he is among the most respected and most prolific fan (short) film makers in the last decade. I think his stuff with Freddy Krueger is actually pretty good at times, also because of the strong actor who plays the title character. But this one here from 5 years ago is certainly not on par. A drug deal goes wrong when the seller does not approve of the quality and quickly afterward everybody points guns at everybody. Then, halfway into the movie, Agent Coulson shows up and the situation gets solved relatively quickly, still with a lot of bloodshed. So yeah, only worth seeing for the very biggest Coulson/Avengers fans. It's not a failure, but I personally don't see that much appeal in here. Thumbs down.
