GirlZtown, a truly meaningless title, is listed as Part 1, but wiser heads at Girlfriends Films pulled the plug after only a single DVD from 2010 for the prospective series.
It is pure soap opera, as an excuse for 2 hours of sex, which is completely incoherent in its plotting and characterizations. The cast does talk a lot but fails to make any sense or integrate the sex scenes into a semblance of a story.
The mix and match cast of older actresses (Melissa Monet, Devon Lee and Darryl Hanah) and sweet young things (Amber Chase, Tara Lynn Foxx and Capri Anderson) do the humping, buttressed by some iconic stars like Prinzzess, Michelle Lay and Isis Love. They all seem to be current or ex-girlfriends to each other, and it is impossible to follow the action without a scorecard.
What it all adds up to is a big zero. Foxx as the bad girl in the bunch improvises her sarcastic dialog so poorly that her co-stars have a trouble reacting or keeping straight faces. With my luck the label will dust this property off the shelf and someday issue future volumes as cryptic as this one, all of which destined to go over the heads of the loyal website fan base, which apparently watches their girl/girl porn with either the Mute button or fast-forward ever-ready, consumed as strictly all-sex Adult entertainment.
