| What a Spider-Man movie should always be
Let me start by saying Spider-Man Homecoming is an absolute blast. It's everything you could want from a Spider-Man movie. Tom Holland did a fantastic job as Spider-Man. He was an interesting, lovable Peter Parker and an absolutely classic Spider-Man. Michael Keaton was an exceptional vulture. You couldn't ask for a better actor to play him. This also had a lot of very comedic moments so if you enjoy comedies, this would be a good movie to see. This is how Spider-Man should always be. Lovable, funny, kind of awkward and witty and that's exactly what we get from this movie that we didn't fully get in The Amazing Spider-Man movies. I noticed some people were comparing to Spider-Man 2 and saying which one was better. I think they are both awesome but they are also very different in certain ways. Overall, this is a fun flick for the whole family to watch. Not much more you could have asked for.

Trivia

The sequel to this film won't be called "Spider-Man: Homecoming 2" or have "2" in the title. Internally, Disney's Marvel Studios and Sony are referring to "Spider-Man: Homecoming 2", but that's not what the final title will be. Marvel chief Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal, the former Sony executive who is producing the film for the studio, told Collider that the film will be called "Spider-Man: Subtitle" with no "2" in the title. Feige and Pascal also told Collider that they plan on starting production in April or May 2018. After Avengers: Infinity War (2018) was released, Tom Holland "accidentally" revealed the title of the next Spider-Man film to be Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Quotes

Adrian Toomes: Things are never gonna be the same. I mean, look at this. You got aliens. You got big green guys tearing down buildings. When I was kid, I used to draw cowboys and Indians.
Phineas Mason: Actually, it's Native American, but whatever.

Goofs

In the car chase, when Peter is in Flash's Dad's car, he supposedly doesn't know how to turn on the lights and makes Ned on the phone find out for him. However, the rear lights are on in the insert shots showing the car from the rear and there is no way to turn on just the rear lights without the headlights.

Crazy Credits

At the end of the closing credits, there is a Public Service Announcement by Captain America on patience.
