Pretty Freekin Scary

I went into this with low expectations, because Disney tends to be lazy and put out just anything. Surprisingly though, it wasn't as bad as I'd thought it'd be. The acting could use some work of course (especially from the adults, which is just disappointing) but regardless of that, It's a pretty interesting show. Not sure how original it is, but It's definitely more original than what I've seen. It's sort of funny and overall is just sort of entertaining to watch. I would recommend you at least try to watch it. I'm not saying it's the best thing out right now, but it's definitely worth a watch.

As many ealmente is not so malogente says, it seems to me that there are things that can be improved, but it is good to see it, besides this series has good actors, that is a great point in favor.

If you look at the series in detail there are important things that make the plot more interesting, people criticize it but don't give it a chance to be seen.

But I'm not saying it's the most amazing series in the world, there's a lot of room for improvement, but it's pretty good, and Jason P. Hauser did a good job along with everyone else.

It's a very interesting series, although I didn't have the best expectations, I saw one episode and I liked it, you just have to give it a chance.

I happened upon this show to find something 'halloween-ish' to watch. I loved it! I was on episode 18 when my teen son wanted to watch it with me. So we started it over. Not much will take a kid from gaming, but this did and we did ut together (now that's saying something!) He wanted to know when the 2nd season started. We are devastated to learn it was canceled. I hope another channel or streaming service will pick it up, Disney is not what it used to be. There so many unanswered story lines that could go somewhere. Erlich, GR and Mrs. Roberts, smeat, old man Snickering, Christine's plan, Pretty's crush, how did GR come to be? Please keep it going.

Pretty freekin scary is way better than I initially thought. While not the best disney channel show points were made in another categories. The show feels very visually creative, the music gives the show an Erie vibe that fits the premise, the characters are pretty well developed in the first season, and the pacing surprisingly tight.

I was not expecting to like this at all so color me suprised. This is the first disney channel original series in a while that's felt creative. The way the session ends REALLY makes me want disney to renew for a 2nd season.

It maybe an 8/10 but it's really an 8.5/10.

I like the way this show is set up. Many shows of this type would be filmed on location without a laugh track. This show is a combination of a standard sitcom and a spooky-themed series.

Some episodes mainly revolve around normal activities at the middle school, while others have more action. The use of a laugh track does work here, as the writing for the show is top-notch. Episodes are interesting, with a lot of humor and sometimes danger. I like the way the main characters are introduced and how they become fast friends.

This series is something special, with an excellent cast.

Great Characters. Well-acted. Funny. (Scary can be downright hilarious!) What's not to like?

I look forward throughout the week to watching new episodes every Friday night. (I haven't felt this way about a show in a long time.) This is easily the best show I have reviewed to date. I hope it will be on for many seasons.

Easily 10 out of 10 stars!
