When Justin invites Sara over to his place for the first time, he puts on a new shirt, at the back of the shirt the label is first shown on his back but when he opens the door for her, it has moved up near his shoulder.
The Crawfish Festival is in Old Town Spring, not Old Town Springs.
When pulling into the driveway in their blue Dodge truck, the cameraman is clearly visible in the reflection on the chrome grille.
This obviously wasn't filmed in either Galveston or Houston. Galveston does not have palm trees planted all around the beaches, nor do the beaches there have public volleyball nets. In addition, the trees in "Houston" are not native to the area, and the filming location was obviously much cooler than the Houston area. At one point, a reporter refers to the murder taking place in "Cypress Fair." There is no such place. There is an area named Cypress-Fairbanks outside of Houston, but no one ever refers to it at "Cypress Fair." It is either called "Cy-Fair" or by its full name.
The filming location is obviously not Galveston, as the dialogue and storyline would suggest. There are mountains visible in the background.
