A shopkeeper takes God to court when his shop is destroyed by an earthquake.
The scene when Kanji refers the dance of Prabhu Deva and Sonakshi Sinha as Rowdy and says "Mera Rathore baju ki gali me hai" is a reference to the film "Rowdy Rathore" directed by Prabhu Deva and starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha, released in the same year.
To pay for that sin, she is fasting today.

During the court scene where he's almost strangled by the enraged priest, Kanji's beard stubble magically disappears and reappears in various parts of the same scene. Even when it is seen, its length varies constantly.
