To celebrate their victory over the Dark Church, the Evil Heroes led by Commander Drake and the demigod Holy Avatar, held a feast in the headquarters of the fallen enemy. Proceedings are cut short when a deadly fog spills into the room, swallowing guests and heroes alike. Survivors are forced into the underground catacombs where they are beset by beasts from below, and the killing fog from above. What's worse, Holy Avatar has disappeared, several of the other heroes are missing, and Drake is suffering from "Hero's Amnesia", a condition common to heroes just entering a sequel. Life in the catacombs is a battle for survival against both natural and unnatural elements, as well as hunger. Cooking quickly becomes a crucial skill. To ensure their own survival, refugees seek their own to form guilds: The Guild of Elves, the Guild of Mercenaries, the Holy Avatar Fan Club and the Royal Court of Glory vie for dominance. As self-proclaimed master of the Guild of Glory, Drake seeks to unite all survivors under one banner and lead them back to the surface, to freedom. Now, if only the narcissistic half god and his fawning, scantily-clad maidens would stop running off the get killed, they might actually have a fighting chance.
