Heard a lot of reviews about this movie being good so started watching it and as it went on I began to recall Alfred Hitchcock's STRANGERS ON A TRAIN, the theme has been taken from it with 2 differences from the Hitchcock's version->1.Multiple murders being taken place by exchanging their enemies with total strangers. 2.All willing to kill each other's enemy die after murdering. The strangers in a train had one guy plotting idea and killing other guys ex wife and provoking him to murdered wife's husband to kill his father. Even though idea was stolen it has authenticity on its own. So thankfully I am grateful to the writer for just taking it for start and not copying pasting it in on the screen as exactly as Hitchcock's version. Anyway good movie to watch, but the dialog in between the movie saying "This is the 1st kind of killing in history" is bit too much as it was already presented by Great Hitchcock 60 years back.

This was the first Malayalam movie I watched, and I don't know if it was a wrong pick or this is the norm. But that couldn't be as there are so many good Bollywood movies which are remakes of Malayalam movies. Almost everything in this movie revolved around one specific sort of a crime, and no, that crime wasn't the theme of the movie. They could easily bring a variety (as if there is a shortage of the types of crimes in this world). There are one or two minor variations but almost negligible. That was pretty disturbing. Anyway, for the first half of the movie I was under the impression that it is gonna be great, but the movie started going down a steep hill interval onward. The last hour barely had material worth half an hour.

    *Spoiler Alert*

Why would they swap targets when they were gonna kill themselves anyway? The reason why they decided to kill themselves with the victims was also stupid. Why the last person chose to kill his own target was not explained. Why he chose to spare the real culprits was also not told. Basically, nothing made sense when it came to the real explanations. They built the anticipation quite well but couldn't live up to it.

The movie was a disappointment but Prithviraj is pretty soothing to the eyes. He looks so good all throughout the movie that I was literally gawking at him. Good that looks can't really kill.

The movie could have been good but was below par as some of the casting was flawed, big time. For one Sasikumar cannot act to save himself. Not sure on what basis he got this crucial role. When you see him try to act, cringeworthy is the word that leaps to mind. I have seen mannequins with better expressions. Then some of the assassins excepting Ananya and Pia, lacked talent and screen presence. The action scenes looked fake and deliberate without spontaneity. Mukesh was wasted as a police officer as it is not his Forte. You would have to be a hard-core Prithviraj fan to tolerate this movie. I was thoroughly disappointed.
  • This is one of the best thrillers in Malayalam movie. The story was not a cliche one. The screenplay and direction was very nice. The movie has a very good cast. Don't know why it doesn't seem to have much positive rating..... 😐

    Warning: Spoilers
at last the actor prithviraj has something to show us.but the main problem with this movie is prithviraj sukumaran's acting.

the movie could be nice if any other actors like asif ali, dulqer salman ,nivin pauly could be doing the main role.

this is variety movie which we do not expect from Johny antony,a good suspense thriller.even though it is copied from Hollywood movies.

a variety theme and it worked on audiences.

this movie is not watchable for family as it has more blood and violence in it.

i don't know why it has a rating of 5.5 ,i will give IT 8 rating. this movie ended up as a flop, mainly because of prithviraj.
