Randy Orton was originally cast in the lead role. But controversy arose due to Orton's real-life bad conduct discharge from the Marines. WWE released a statement that it was inappropriate to cast Orton due to his poor military record. Orton had previously been considered for the lead role in The Marine 2 (2009).
Goofs
When Amanda hands Agent Wells her iPhone so he can talk to Jonah, whatever the iPhone is showing onscreen rotates from vertical to horizontal orientation, which the phone app doesn't do.
