This is a subtle look into the struggle of relationships and how they affect our physiological being
Writer, Director, and Editor Ben Rider has formed a bleak yet beautiful view of love and its ability to shape and form our lives. The film follows two couples whom are best friends that have seen each other's lives change due to traumatic events. Shot in a tension-wound realism approach the film pulls you close to the well-acted characters and has you hoping for their happiness. An excellent nuanced score that shines during some key plot-driving sequences. Some Dialog is at times a bit too low in the sound mix, never to an extreme though.
A well rounded enjoyable independent film with great performances, matched by inspired production.
