A self-anointed 'renegade' male flight attendant must save the day when the airline he works for tries to eliminate flight attendants as a cost-cutting measure.
Sally at one point informs Larry that being a robot, she wasn't designed to literally have a heart. Hearts pump blood, and blood is crucial for higher organisms. Since robots aren't organisms, they need no blood nor heart, just motors, circuitry, sensors, and a power source.
