Newlywed couple Ted and Tami-Lynn want to have a baby, but in order to qualify to be a parent, Ted will have to prove he's a person in a court of law.
When Ted calls John from Comic-Con, he is under a giant Bumblebee from Transformers. Mark Wahlberg (John) starred in Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014).
Oh my God, John, did you see that? She was totally giving you the "fuck me" eyes.
John: No, she wasn't.
Ted: She was giving you the "fuck me" eyes.
Samantha Jackson: What are the "fuck me" eyes?
Ted: Yeah, it's just some women just have "fuck me" eyes.
Samantha Jackson: Do I have "fuck me" eyes?
Ted: No, ...
Ted says that Tami-Lynn spent $129 on clothes at Filene's Basement, a store which officially went out of business on December 29, 2011.
Like the first movie, the start of the movie has the Universal 'planet earth' signature sequence appear and begin the narration. As the narration continues, the camera zooms in to the logo, "Google Earth Style" eventually centering on the action outside of the church of Ted and Tami-Lynn's wedding.
For some North America TV airings, the f words are either dubbed over or silenced and Amanda's penis bong is censored with pixelization.
