High Rollers is the sequel to 2024’s sleeper B-movie Cash Out (which I did see but barely remember) reuniting audiences with John Travolta’s slick criminal mastermind, Mason Goddard. Directed by the enigmatic “Ives” (which I guess is Randall Emmett hiding behind a pseudonym). This casino-heist actioner aims to up the ante from its predecessor’s modest thrills, trading small-time bank jobs for the neon-lit excess of a Louisiana gambling empire. With a bigger budget (while still constrained) and a glossier sheen, High Rollers wants to be the Ocean’s Eleven of the straight-to-streaming world. Lea Michele, whose last major project was her smash hit 2022-2023 appearance in Broadway’s Funny Girl, is taking her talents on the road: The former Glee star announced today that she’ll embark on a spring and summer concert tour commencing Monday, May 5, in Durham, North Carolina.

After Durham, the eight-city tour, running through June, will make stops in Nashville, Orlando, Anaheim, Palm Desert, Washington D.C., Englewood, New Jersey, and Niagara Falls, Ontario

The modern obsession with the 1980s and the love of biopics, and particularly biopics about musicians, collides in this latest project from TriStar Pictures. As revealed by Deadline, the next music icon getting the biopic treatment is '80s icon Boy George. The announcement reveals that J.C. Lee is set to write the screenplay for TriStar Pictures project. Lee is best known for co-writing the 2019 drama Luce, the film adaptation of the Lee's own play.

On television, he has credits which include ABC's How To Get Away With Murder, Apple's The Morning Show, and HBO's Looking and Girls. He also has extensive experience in theater, and has recently worked on To My Girls, Relevance, and Warplay. His next project (aside from the Boy George biopic) is Hulu's Bad Genius adaptation, releasing this fall.

JoJo Siwa, the self-proclaimed gay pop artist and Karma Songstress, confessed that she doesn’t watch RuPaul’s Drag Race despite appearing as a guest judge on All Stars 8 last year.

The former Dance Moms star was interviewed by a reporter on which Drag Race judge she prefers, the always funny Ross Mathews or style icon Carson Kressley.

After she drew a blank, the shocked reporter asked, “Do you know who they are?”

The singer shook her head as the interviewer said, “You don’t watch Drag Race? Girl, you were just on the show!”

Siwa responded, “I know! Which one should I say?” The reporter then whispered in her ear, and she confirmed that “Ross Mathews for sure” was her favorite judge.

The Reporter for Metro, a news outlet based in the United Kingdom, was interviewing Siwa with a Choose Your Fighter Q and A when she blanked on the famous RuPaul judges.

The overwhelming reception for Inside Out 2 confirms it's a necessary sequel to the 2015 original. The emotions that have so far appeared tease potential sequels and the debut of more newcomers like Love, Contempt, and Regret (among many others). The film's pacing reveals screenwriter Meg LeFauve's brevity in handling the plot, which largely focused on Riley's struggle to belong in a group of almost-grown-ups. LeFauve told IndieWire that they decided to focus on this arc and veered away from Riley's crushes. She said that would only divert from the message of the film and sidetrack the story.

Alan Cumming can be recognized by X-Men fans for his role as Nightcrawler in the 2003 sequel X2: X-Men United. Looking back, the veteran actor feels that the movie is the "gayest" film he's appeared in.

Cumming spoke about his role in X2 during a new interview with Entertainment Weekly. He commented on how the movie was important because it had a queer director at the helm along with several queer cast members. For his part, Cumming is happy that the film was able to have so much involvement from the LGBTQ+ community, even as a mainstream property. He also said how he hoped that this aspect helped make people "less scared" of queerness.

Shortly after actor Stephen Amell made headlines for calling the SAG-AFTRA strike “incredibly frustrating” and “myopic,” “Heels” showrunner Mike O’Malley called up his series’ star.

There's a reason athletes don't often host "Saturday Night Live," and recent Super Bowl champ Travis Kelce just proved why. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end took the stage at Studio 8H last night to make his hosting debut, and he brought the same enthusiasm that many professional athletes have brought to the late night sketch series before him, from Michael Jordan to Peyton Manning. However, though Kelce clearly has charisma, what he doesn't have are any of the other skills that make a good "SNL" host. That means that most of this new episode was a waste. Though there were sporadic laughs to be found, if it wasn't for the more reliable pieces of the "SNL" cast, this episode would have been a total dud.
