Made by hack director Ettore Buchi and his German production company for Private Media release, this dumb takeoff on "The Love Boat" is highly watchable thanks to its cast of lovely Euro babes with fabulous big tits, but it's the luxury cruise liner that is most memorable.
Production value of utilizing a real ship out at sea is amortized by Private/Magik View Entertainment by shooting four features back to back, including this one's sequel and a pair of "Sex Boat" titles directed by Toni Ribas. They have overlapping casts.
Quite alluring here are busty blondes Blanche Summer and Donna Bell plus brunettes Candy Alexa and Melanie Memphis, with superstar redhead Tarra White on hand as a crew member who services traveler Mick Blue. Show ends with Melanie arriving to take on Mick at fadeout, to tease the sequel.
Plenty of anal action and d.p.'s but the attempts at humor are merely silly. Cast speaks in English plus helpful voice-over English narration.
