Its a series, this episode shows they get it

A series has a different format than movies. I am seeing this for the penguin but in a series I have to look at him from someone elses eyes to get invested on the story and empathize with oz.

I know this episode might have been skipped and it would not affect the overall plot development but not seeing it would heavily decrease my enjoyment of watching the rest.

The only reason the ending of this episode works is because we have seen oz through victors eyes, and we only care about that because they took the time to make us empathize with a lone kid from Gotham who lost everything in the flood.

If this is the kind of "filler" episode I get from this series HOLY %#*@... Oz manipulated us through this one and I freaking loved it, 9.4/10 for me🙏🏻🐧
