The Contract

Rachael Cavalli exhibits acting subltey (an endangered species in the world of porn, where characrterization has a low priority) in "The Contract" from Missa X.

The simple story has Rachael cast as stepmother (what else is new?) to teen Ricky Spanish, who reminds him of a big decision: the pair will lose their interitance due following the death of his dad (Rachael's husband) unless they sign an odd contract stipulated by daddy: they must live together in the same house, sleeping in the same bed (and all that implies).

The deadline is midnight to sign, and late that night, after 11pm, Rachael visits her son's bedroom where his copy of the document is sitting, unsigned, on the endtable to tell him she's already signed, and to remind him of the looming deadline.

She earnestly implores him to sign, noting how his dad knew what was best for them, even to the point of acting as sort of an unusual matchmaker. Of course, Ricky comes around and fans will be pleased with the resulting mother/stepson sex scene, well-performed by a couple of seasoned Adult Cinema pros.

But it is the inherent ambiguity in Missa's script and the convincing sincerity of Cavalli's acting that sets this content apart from a thousand competing vignettes out there from endless gonzo labels raning from MYLF to. Mature XXX. The viewer can believe her chaaracter, yet at the same time wonder about the actual strength of her "love" for the boy versus the clear monetary consequences of losing out on a vast inheritance.
