I'm only commenting to those who said this wasn't a good finale.... I just binged the entire series and granteded their were a few filet episodes i disagreed with the reviews the majority of the time. Ithought this season finale was amazing.... I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. I am glad i only just finished the season so i don't have to wait as long andI realize everyone is entitled to their opinions but all I have to say is I can't wait until season 7 comes back in a few weeks. I love each and every character on this show and the way they all work together and love each other.... they are a true family!
Sure there were some aspects of the show that were unrealistic and rushed but overall disappointing large scale emergency. Awful finish and ending for our characters. The toxic fandom needs to stop bc because they would rather take any women forced down our throats than to accept a beautiful written lovestory between two male characters . Let it go already and stop trying to hype up random women with not even a single ounce of personality bc you don't like two men falling in love.
Disliked the Hen/Karen possible extension to there family, bc no real build up to this, Chim/Maddie wedding planning, Buck hopefully will wake up and break up with random woman number 1233344 because thrown at him. They just don't vibe together and are lacking EVERYTHING, huge fan of the actor who portrays Eddie i do hope he gets more screentime next season, but I do loathe the energy of Marisol bc let's be real there is no energy and the actress is terrible at her job and I think she would be awful for him , bc wasn't she in love with her brother, loved seeing Ravi hope to see more of him in the future.

The episode felt rushed...I'm guessing this is due to not knowing if the series was going to be canceled or not. However, after coming to that conclusion, I learned that Fox has known this entire season that 9-1-1 might not see a Season 7, which is highly disappointing. That means the writing for this episode was crap on purpose. This show has went downhill consistently since Season 5 first aired. I feel as if storylines are being recycled and nothing original is happening. Once again, we have Buck suddenly in a relationship with someone that isn't going to be good for him. We spent all this time from season 1 trying to make him "evolve" from Buck 1.0 and now you have him suddenly jumping into bed with someone after an endorphin rush. Highly disappointed. In hopes that ABC will fire all the writers and bring on a new team in order to revive this show for a Season 7.
It never ceases to surprise me how Kristen Reidel keeps recycling the same storylines since season four. It really gets tiring-and may i add that it is also annoying to some extent-because in the one hand, you have characters who learn from their past and mistakes and outgrow themselves, but then, in the other hand, you have characters who do not seem able to learn a thing, seeing that they keep on doing the same errors, they still have the same doubts, the same fears. Obviously growth is not linear, but even so, if you do not know how to write these main characters then you should do us all a favour and quit for once.
Imagine how exhausting must it be not only to us, viewers, but also to these actors-and some of the writers-who give their hearts and tears to make this show good with such little screentime to work with. I guess if you are the favourite white character then you are lucky to have more than two storylines per season. Otherwise, you are ignored the entire season save for a few times. Oh, and pray for these sl to 1. Last more than five minutes per episode (that is, if they last for more than one episode-probably not!) and 2. To actually be good storylines and not some filler content to keep us at ease. And do not get me started on all these rush and loose ends, things we are sopposed to see but rather are told.
But hey, excellent job with representation and inclusion! Almost could not tell you were being race* ist and home of *phobic at all.

Buck and Eddie have a very smooth chemistry and I like that, to me this was attraction at first sight and I think it gonna develop into love in season 7. Also I want to point out that I really love the latino man who fell in love with his best male friend representation, it was about time. I would like to know more about Eddie's feelings for Buck in the future cuz Eddie seems like a very emotional healthy person and we don't see that kinda character a lot in tv.
Don't listen to bullies being mean and homophobic just cuz they don't get what they want. They are a really tiny part of the audience, they don't actually care for the show or the characters. Blah Blah Blah. That's all. Keep it up with the good work :)
