There's quite of few scenes of surgical procedures with the requisite showing of organs, blood, etc. Nothing is too graphic.

Scene looks like male lead dry humps female nurse in hospital. For comic purpose but other people watch them in disbelief.

I do not see how anyone can rate the profanity mild. It contains multiple uses of F*, M*F*, and other obscenities, both in English vocal and captioning.

Some people may be put off by fairly graphic surgery scenes.
