Production briefly moved to London to allow Andy (Chris Pratt) to make an appearance, as he was in England filming Guardians of the Galaxy (2014).
Andy's (Chris Pratt) significant weight loss is briefly mentioned by Ben (Adam Scott). This is in reference to Pratt's transformation for his role in Guardians of the Galaxy (2014). In actuality, Pratt underwent a strenuous exercise regimen, although Andy simply comments that he lost 50 lbs. just by giving up beer for one month.
Ann and Chris have a doctor's visit with Ann's ob/gyn (Henry Winkler), who also turns out to be the father of Jean-Ralphio and Mona-Lisa Saperstein. His character was named after Dr. Sapirstein, the ob/gyn in Rosemary's Baby (1968) who helps trick Rosemary into giving birth to the devil's child.
Peter Serafinowicz (Lord Edgar Covington) and Chris Pratt (Andy Dwyer) had great chemistry as they were already shooting Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) together at the same time in London.
Lord Covington (Peter Serafinowicz) agrees with Andy that his noble title (14th Earl of Cornwall-Upon-Thames and the 29th Baron of Hertfordshire) must be a "stupid joke," the additional joke being that the River Thames is nowhere near Cornwall.
