Penthouse - The World of Philip Mond

Philip Mond is a not-yet-forgotten auteur who once rode high in artsy porn circles with "Zazel" and "Insexts". This tedious 10-part exercise for Penthouse reminds me of those hundreds of look-alike Playboy videos I sat through in the '80s and '90s, courtesy of review copies dutifully sent to me by Playboy or HBO.

I watched this one to see Angel Hart, dolled up and glamorized as expected, among 5 very attractive women posing for Mond's camera. His later work reminded me of music videos and like Michael Ninn, that genre would appear to be his forte.

Nothing to write home about, and instantly dated, like all this art-porn of the last century.
