Quite good!

I binge-watched this (while reading subtitles) and found it to be extremely entertaining... subversive, suspenseful and humorous. Highly recommended.

There is a newer version with a similar plot line (and title) that I found less intriguing, although the cast in the newer version is very attractive.

This Finnish series is remarkable for the quality of acting, suspenseful and humorous writing, lavish sets, and endearing and beautiful leading ladies.

I remember hearing some buzz about this series around the time it came out. Looking for something unknown and out of the ordinary, I found (or re-found) this a few days ago.

Very entertaining and endearing...in that Desperate Housewives vein. It contains a lot of surprises, as well as nuanced character development. The young actress who plays one of the characters daughters is a amazing. The directing must have been really great in those scenes. I'd love to see the outtakes.

It's a fun, slightly "guilty pleasure" binge. I am at about a third of the way through season two at this point.

The great bonus to watching foreign series is that it is a bit like taking a vacation in Finland. It's an entertaining visit that you may enjoy!

Waste of time

I've seen plenty of Finnish tv shows. This was, by far, the worst.. Full of mistakes and deficiencies. At the beginning of the show those 3 women are supposed to be best friends for years, but after a couple of episodes it is more than clear that Johanna can't stand Kirsi.. I won't spoil but, especially, on season 2, script is awful.

Real waste of time!!!!!!!!!!
