Double Wedding

When a man is found dead in Napa Valley, Patrick John requests CBI to assume the case since he wants to proceed his investigation of Sheriff McAllister. They learn that the man had come to the wedding of his nephew Roberto Salas, who was marrying with the daughter of the wealthy and arrogant dealer Stacey Bonner. Further, he had bought an ancient and valuable Bible to read passages in the wedding and Patrick Jane resolves the case. Meanwhile Rigsby and Van Pelt take a serious decision about their romance.

"Wedding in Red" is another good episode of "The Mentalist". The storyline of Red John is basically forgotten to a crime investigation where Patrick Jane uses his skills to resolve the case. My vote is eight.
