I really liked watching this TV show made by the Iranians. The story was very well explained and displayed on TV.
The actors were very well casted and they all delivered a convincing performance. The actor who played the role of Prophet Joseph really went deep into his character and the ease in his performance could clearly be seen.
I wish the scenery and other background was designed better as the show revolved only in certain areas and didn't showcase the era that well.
I also think the dialogues could've been better to be understandable to the audience.
Anyway, the show was really nice and was worth the watch.

Yousuf e Payambar is a captivating and engaging TV series that tells the story of Prophet Joseph from the Islamic perspective. The show is beautifully produced, with stunning cinematography, excellent performances, and a well-written script that keeps you glued to the screen.
The acting is superb, with all the actors delivering convincing performances that bring the characters to life. The production values are also top-notch, with exquisite set design and costumes that transport you to the ancient world of the Middle East.
What sets this series apart from others is its attention to detail in accurately portraying the Islamic faith and traditions. The show beautifully depicts the values and teachings of Islam, and it does so without being preachy or judgmental.
The series also does a fantastic job of exploring the complex relationships between the characters, especially the strained relationship between Joseph and his brothers. The show portrays their conflicts and eventual reconciliation in a heartfelt and emotional manner.
Overall, Yousuf e Payambar is an excellent TV series that combines history, religion, and drama in a compelling and entertaining way. Whether you're a fan of historical dramas, religious programming, or just good storytelling, this series is a must-watch. Highly recommended!

I must say i'm impressed,
i saw this TV series a couple a times on the tele, but never paid good attention until now. This movie succeeds exceptionally well in depicting the life of a prophet, namely Prophet Yusuf(pbuh), which is never an easy task. Mostly because of the (partial)lack of information and different point of views on the matter. The writers explain that a very thorough research had been done prior to filming the series. When u watch is it, u kinda feel that the story sits 'right'.
The lead character plays his role very believable and puts on screen a very lovable pure character. Almost the purity level of a child. The actor himself explains in one of his interviews that he secluded himself from social life for almost three years so that he could adapt himself to the mindset of a prophet. And you can feel that the Iranian actor, Mustafa Zamani, really gave his everything he had. Given that he was only 22 and not much experienced as an actor at the time of the filming. I was also moved by the solo performances of the character Zuleyha. Especially when she was forsaken on her own. There are lots of characters that do a very good job, but this text will be too long.
I don't remember any TV series that changed my eyes in to a tap of tears. There are moments that u feel an climax-moment is arriving and tension builds up gradually and you just cant wait for a release of emotions. Thats the emotional roller-coaster you can expect.
The movie has a very moving storyline and a slow paced build-up, which is a positive thing for once. Great attention was given to detail and historical context. The very good use of location and music is an added extra.
I want to end my words here and strongly advice everybody just to watch and see for themselves.(religious viewers or not).

The tv show is really good and does give a fantastic portrayal of the life of Prophet Yusuf (PBUH). It touches you deep on a spiritual level.
However the only thing I would criticize is that there are a few scenes here & there in the tv show that misrepresent what muslims really believe about Prophet Yusuf (PBUH). Most of these scenes are only reflective of what Shias believe and do not agree with the authentic mainstream Islamic consensus.

"Prophet Joseph" is a captivating and spiritually enriching video serial that masterfully brings to life the timeless story of Prophet Joseph (Yusuf) from the Quran. With stunning cinematography, powerful performances, and a compelling narrative, it immerses viewers in the journey of Joseph from his early days to his eventual rise to power in Egypt. The series beautifully explores themes of faith, resilience, and forgiveness, making it not only entertaining but also deeply thought-provoking. Whether you're familiar with the story or discovering it for the first time, "Prophet Joseph" is a must-watch for anyone seeking inspiration and enlightenment.
Are there any shortcomings? The quality of the effect is far behind the technology, and in the last part of the series and in another part, minor signs are made to Iranian Shiism. All these minor negativities aside, this is a magnificent piece of work with an incredible level of emotion. You feel like you're back in that era. I don't know which religion you belong to, but if you say my Lord is Allah, you will want to research Islam more when you finish this series. I hope there will be similar productions for other prophets. Muslims, unfortunately, are against such withdrawals from the Prophet's life. But such productions are necessary in order to show the exemplary.
