Duck and Cover

Things are growing more and more tense since the car bombing where two people died including one significant to the government. An investigation into the missile attack on a carrier continues and the Prime Minister is involved in some way. One significant Russian is being sought. The problem is whether he will be arrested or shot. Meanwhile, Kate is filled with guilt because she made a phone call to Margaret Roylin which may have contributed to the victimization during the car bombing. Hal is badly injured and is trying to convince Kate that death and destruction are part of the job. While their marriage is in grave danger, it is obvious that they need each other. There is a touching scene at the end that shows this.
