The brief shot of the locomotive coming into the station is not a North American scene. The station is Hampton Lode on the Severn Valley Railway, Shropshire, England. The locomotive is a GWR pannier tank No 7714 built in 1930 and looks very different to the more authentic static one in the following scene.
You're doing it again. Being a Bond villian.
Meg: How many times have I fired you today?
Penny: I don't know. I stopped counting when I ran out of fingers.
The wide shot of the train coming into the station in the snow is a pulled by a British steam locomotive. The closeup shots of the locomotive, with the driver in the cab, are of a completely different North American locomotive.
