Leo Fitz: No! You do not touch that! Two semesters minimum of holographic engineering before you touch this!
Skye: All right, All right. I get it. I didn't go to your stupid SHIELD Hogwarts or whatever. I'm gonna go upstairs. And I'm gonna do my own research on my computer. My boring, old, flat computer.
Featured review
"Repairs" dials things back a bit for a more self-contained supernatural mystery, and while it doesn't soar, it adds some welcome creep factor and character dynamics.
Plot: 6.5/10 The story revolves around a woman believed to be causing accidents through telekinesis-only, surprise, it's not quite what it seems. It's a spooky premise that plays out like a ghost story with a S. H. I. E. L. D. twist.
Characters: 7.5/10 This episode gives May some much-needed spotlight, fleshing out her stoic demeanor and teasing her haunted past. Skye's continued curiosity clashes well with May's guarded nature. The FitzSimmons prank subplot is a fun little detour that works better than expected.
Writing: 6.5/10 The dialogue is solid, but the mystery's resolution feels a bit rushed. Still, the moral ambiguity-especially around May's final choice-adds some depth.
Visuals and Effects: 7/10 The atmosphere leans into eerie, which is refreshing. The visual effects of the teleporter stuck between dimensions are pretty slick for network TV.
Pacing: 7/10 A little slow in the middle, but picks up in the final act with some cool tension and payoff.
Overall: 7/10 "Repairs" is a quieter episode with horror vibes and character focus. It doesn't break new ground, but it adds flavor to the team dynamic and lets May take center stage. Solid mid-season stuff.
