This randomly came up as a listing at the odeon and I quite like a few Scandinavian rock and metal acts and Sabaton have loads of albums with really well put together sonata about war and history and they have a really unique but great sound.
£20 each I thought why not, I'm so glad we went, it sounded incredible, the visuals , atmosphere and the crowd were bouncing and it was one of the best concerts I've every watched, they had tonnes more they could've sung to but the set list had a great mix, all sung perfectly but the music was on a different planet, was perfection in rock form.
Cannot recommend this enough.

Been a Sabaton fan for about 15 years so i had too see this.
I went to the concert where they recorded this (Amsterdam Ziggo dome 2023), so i was curious how that live experience would translate onto the big screen.
First of all: the visuals, camerawork etc are all on perfect imo. Showing the different members, crowd, stage, arena, nice balance between all elements.
My biggest issue was the sound and soundmixing of the film.
Cause its obvious that they often turned off the crowd micros during songs. Some songs also sounded like production went hard on them, cause some parts sounded almost like a studio album.
This would benefit the sound of the song cause you dont hear people singing or screaming over the music.
But its a live recording, the crowd cheering along, singing along etc: its part of the gig, its a LIVE recording after all.
During pyros etc the mics would crackle and this didnt helpt he sound overall.
Setlist: overall good, keeping in mind this was to promote their latest album.
Personally missed Unkillable soldier on that entire tour.
Happy to hear Into The Fire, it was some time ago.
The 1916 cover: couldnt care less.
I go to a Sabaton gig to hear Sabaton songs, not covers.
Sabaton has so many great songs they rarely play live or even new songs from their lastest album that weren't played live, any other song than a cover would've been better imo.
My conclusion: the visual part of this film really captures a Sabaton gig, sadly due to production and turning off crowd micros; it really tunes down that epic feeling of the crowd during a Sabaton gig.
