  • For MJ the song isn't AWESOME but its funky The dancing is amazing. It grabs your attention.
  • The late Michael Jackson's 1992 hit "Remember the Time" sure had a classic memorable music video to go along with it as the dance moves went along with the song so well and plus it featured well known famous people such as Eddie Murphy and Magic Johnson. Overall an amazing classic 90's hit song that produced an unforgettable music video!
  • One of the best videos ever created. From the dancing to the set and actors involved. Everything about it is just incredible and freaking awesome. The King of Pop has to many classic videos to count.
  • After more than two decades, it remains a fascinating video. For a great and almost unique connection of the music, special effects, atmosphere, Old Egypt full of kitsch and cliches but gorgeous , for the performances, humor, adventures, for the presence of Iman and Eddie Murphy and Magic Johnson, for the words of the song and for the amazing Michael Jackson. A slice of a lost age and a precious memory.

  • Warning: Spoilers
This is the music video for Michael Jackson's "Remember the Time" from almost 25 years ago. As usual with his works, it runs longer than most other videos and 9.5 minutes is actually still fairly short compared to some other Jackson works. The director is John Singleton and he made this one immediately after his big Oscar-nominated breakthrough "Boyz n the Hood". In terms of the cast, Jackson got some big names as usual in Eddie Murphy, Magic Johnson and David Bowie's wife Iman playing the female main character. Still, I wasn't impressed. It's all style over substance with Jackson in something like Cleopatra's Egypt and the song isn't really good either. Only the chorus is kinda catchy. Too pompous for my taste this video and it does not have enough to offer, even for under 10 minutes. Not recommended.
