Two charecters almost have sex in one episode. They go out to buy condoms and talk to the sales man about sex.
Lillian's last name is Kaushtupper, pronounced cow-schtupper, a homonym/Yiddish wordplay meaning cow-f*cker.
Brief scenes of cleavage and panties.
Overall the show handle's the subjects of sex and sexuality in a non hyper sexualised, very mature way which respects the characters and keeps the content quite PG
During the early episodes of season 3 there is a comedic scene of a woman laying on a table naked covered with food. No nudity is seen.
There are two mentions of heroin in Season 1. Both of them are done by an adult man and we see him taking his clothes off, such as taking his pants down, but nothing explicit or nude happens or is seen; it cuts off into the next scene as he is starting to, and nothing is nude or explicit when we return to the situation.
Some teen girls talk about having sex. Nothing graphic.
Several references to infidelity.
Several characters use the term "hooker" in a comedic way.

In Season 1 Episode 9, a man does Heroine, but it's off screen. However, appears to be high afterwards.
In Season 2 Episode 9, a woman is seen drunk multiple times.
Some alcohol drinking and occasional references to drugs. It's also clear that the only one of the teenagers who doesn't drink is the "good girl" in the opinion of the main character. In one episode, a woman at a nightclub refers to "Molly".

Kimmy sometimes has traumatic flashbacks to being in the cult.
For tweens/teens.
In the first episode, Kimmy trips in a party. The man right next to her offers to help her up but then she punches him and you can hear glass break at one point. Not much stuff happens and then Kimmy is, not longer after, dragged out of the party by bodyguards from the back door.
The show is mostly very comedic and light-hearted with a few dark elements such as Kimmy's past in a cult.
