  Roy Moehner : And they all know that if you sell, I'll give you a very fair price. And, if not, I'll foreclose. So, sell it to me. *Your* Bill would want you to.

  Kerstin Hawkins : That's the last thing *my* Bill would want, you son of a bitch! The inn is *not* for sale! Not to you! Not now! Not ever!
