Medical examiner Dr. Henry Morgan works with his partner Detective Jo Martinez to solve criminal cases. Along the way, he tries to uncover the mystery of his 200-year-old immortality.

Henry Morgan is a man who's been alive for 200 years; he doesn't know why and has spent the past 200 years trying to find out. Presently he works as a medical examiner in New York.
