Decent Thriller

#ArimaNambi Review :

"How much would you go for saving your one day old lover" thats the one line of Arima nambi. Though the entire plot has logical holes the way it has taken through is entertaining and racy. The screen play works well and its really gripping in parts. Except for the fact of a boring 15 mins start the movie picks speed afterwards meeting the criteria to pass a worth watch action thriller. The debut director Anand has given us a racy edge of seat thriller in his first venture.

Casting: Vikram though in starting of movie seem to be pushed into the role of a town boy later attracts us as a action hero. Priya did very well in her role as an hi-fi rich town girl. J.D Chakravarthy as the main antagonist as always did justice to his role with his psychic styles of expressions and acting. Lekha was so beautiful in the micro special appearance role.

Cinematography was good. But songs were absolute speed breakers it slowed the pace of the movie which is a minus.Suddenly mixing masala glam song into the movie was a disaster to this kind of plot (Guess the director would have thought of commercial values ).

Over all get in to unlock the mystery of the murder on this "Chennai Express".

Verdict : Decent Edge of seat Thriller and don't forget to forgive some logic holes.

fair action thriller

Nice start. For the first 30mins who cant guess what happened. But after that you can guess each and every scene. So here director failed to hold the tempo of this movie. However, its a good try. I really enjoyed the movie but my friends doesn't. Because its predictable. I felt this movie director anand shankar got inspired by many action thriller movies like enemy of the state or bourne ultimatum. But the usage of technology is wonderful. I badly wanted a Tamil movie using the current dated technology for chase. This movie made it happened. Coming to other aspects...

Cinematography :decent for this thriller. Capturing the location and the tension perfectly.

Background score : gave a good hand to the screenplay but its something we heard somewhere.

Songs : that is the only thing slowed down the movie. I don't remember what are the songs I heard.

Editing : crispy.

Acting : all done their job perfectly. Particularly M.S.Baskar rocked. Even though the screen was short. He done his job wonderfully.

Finally, its a perfect one time watch thriller

FINAL VERDICT :- * Overall.. it is a good thriller only a man who know about technology will understand the movie.... it is made for "A" Class audience ... really superb a must watch movie......

The movie was excellent. The movie was so thrilling and interesting. Songs were not so good in the movie but BGM in the movie was good. Some scenes are boring. But the movie was excellent.
