The highly ranked Imperial officer Tarkin was designated in Star Wars promotional materials as "Grand Moff Tarkin" and occasionally as "Admiral Tarkin," but in the film Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977) he was named only as "Governor Tarkin." He was called that by Princess Leia when she was brought to his presence. In this film he is again referred to as "Governor Tarkin." The title "Moff" has never been spoken in Star Wars live action movies, except for a deleted scene in Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018). Printed sources beginning in the late 1980s gave Tarkin the first name Wilhuff, which has also never been spoken on film.
Young Jyn:
Mama?
Lyra Erso:

Galen Erso:
Jyn, gather your things. It's time.
When Bodhi's trying to activate the communications tower, his cord gets stuck around some small towers that he would have had to go out of his way to wrap the cord around in the first place, and then in the next shot the devices are replaced by crates and the cord now reaches much further despite still being caught in the same spot.
Hidden in the credits is the title "Keeper of the Holocron." A Holocron is a cube-like artifact used by the Jedi to store information that were first mentioned in the Dark Horse comic book series 'Dark Empire. On the official Star Wars site Leland Chee was in charge of continuity and received the honorary title of 'Keeper of the Holocron'.
